An space is proposed to return to the body and rediscover ourselves through movement. A place of research and play where new ways of expressing ourselves can be explored, recognizing our potential and all the possibilities the body offers as a creative tool.
The sessions are not conceived as a space to teach a specific way of moving, but rather as a space for transmission and the sharing of tools. The work is developed through guided proposals and improvisation, which function as a starting point while opening multiple possibilities for research, play, and experimentation. These proposals encourage the exploration of an available body—one that is capable of being surprised and transformed—seeking for movement to emerge from a personal, singular, and genuine place.
From this perspective, the process of the group is accompanied, fostering open, curious, and present bodies. The objective is not to arrive at a specific form, but to expand listening, presence, and enjoyment of movement, creating a safe and judgment-free space in which to explore, play, and express oneself from the authenticity of each body.

Iris Claramunt
Dancer, creator, performer, and graphic designer.
Trained independently in various disciplines at several dance centers in Barcelona. She later completed the Professional Training in Contemporary Dance and Creation at AREA, Espai de Dansa i Creació. With a constant curiosity for creative processes and movement, she continues her ongoing education through trainings and workshops with various national and international teachers and artists.
She is a founding member of Cía. El Desvío, where she works as a creator and performer in several pieces supported by the Dansa Metropolitana festival, L’Estruch, Antic Teatre, and SAT! Teatre. She is also part of and co-founder of the European project “Lights on Stage, dance and creation +60”, hosted by creative centers such as nunart, La Caldera, AREA–Espai de Dansa i Creació, Nau Ivanow, Espai 30, and La Unió Santcugatenca.
