One’s destination is never a place, but a new way os seeing things -Henry Miller.
I propose a dance class where exploration, technique, contact, movement, improvisation and play are present in order to create among the attendees a space of trust, freedom and the body in movement as a means and as an end.

Since I was very young, life has led me down the path of movement, of dance—an uninterrupted journey that, even today and after so much learning, continues to teach and surprise me. I have trained as a dramatic arts teacher; I am a professional dancer, certified in contemporary dance and acting, with a degree in artistic education and a master’s degree in dance movement therapy. I am currently studying sports nutrition.
I am a practicing yoga teacher—Anusara, Iyengar, and classical Hatha—and a mat Pilates instructor.
Over the years, I have worked as a professional dancer with the company Imago Danza Contemporánea and others; I have been a university professor at the University of Medellín, EAFIT, and the University of Antioquia, as well as at movement institutions and academies such as Área, Nunart, and COS.
Dancer, choreographer, and choreography assistant at the company Dragone Entertainment Group.
