I propose a space where we can explore life together through movement. To inhabit pathways that soften our bodies and our gaze-touch; pathways where pleasure and play, kindness and sensitivity are the starting point and foundation for our dances.
Through floor work technique exercises, contact work, and anatomical-imaginative explorations, we will seek to strengthen technical resources, transform patterns, and expand movement possibilities, with the aim of nourishing your dance, improvisation, and creation.
Above all, I seek to facilitate practices that serve to reclaim our autonomy and diversity, fostering presence, attentive and sensitive listening, and the expansion of our creative and transformative possibilities.

Nacha Verdugo. Dancer, creator, teacher, and psychologist.
Trained in contemporary dance, Contact Improvisation, and somatic practices since 2012 in Chile and Spain. Professional training in contemporary dance at AREA, Espai de Dansa i Creació (2018–2021), supported by an award from the Fondo Nacional de las Artes, Ministry of Arts of Chile. Professional training in Contact Improvisation at Enestudio Barcelona (2021–2023). I currently continue my training independently with different teachers, as well as in Body-Mind Centering at Movimiento Atlas, where I have been training since 2023.
I dedicate my days to researching through movement, at the intersection of dance and Southern feminisms, across creative, pedagogical, therapeutic, and community contexts. My experience includes educational spaces such as Enestudio, Nunart Guinardó, and La Tregua, as well as therapeutic and community-based dance spaces at Espai Èsnid, Fundació Surt, and Gestalt Feminista.
