Intensive Physical Theatre: Deep Movement – The Architecture of the Body in Motion

This course invites participants to explore the deep world of personal movement, giving space to the inner gaze and to gestures that arise from the physical, emotional, and mental dimensions. The work focuses on discovering bodily poetics and subtly expressing what emerges from our inner depth, sharing it with others while sustaining the experience of being observed on stage.

As a complement, tools inspired by Étienne Decroux’s teaching are incorporated, placing the body at the center of theatrical expression. Through precise and sculptural movement—based on muscle control, articulation, dissociation, counterbalance, and rhythmic phrasing—the physical vocabulary is expanded, and stage presence is strengthened, fostering an intentional and poetic use of the body in space.
