Christian González is currently a principal dancer with the Colombian Contemporary Dance Company (CCDC). He is a contemporary dancer with 18 years dedicated to the art.
He graduated from the Colombian Institute of Ballet, Incolballet, where he trained in traditional Colombian dance, classical ballet, and contemporary dance. In his professional training, he holds a degree as a teacher in dance and performance from Universidad San Buenaventura.
Since 2015, he has been a member of the Colombian Contemporary Dance Company (CCDC), where he has worked with renowned national and international choreographers.
He has also been invited, together with the company, to perform in major theatres and dance festivals at both national and international levels.
With 11 years of experience as a professional dancer, Christian González now feels a deep and sincere desire to share all the knowledge he has acquired over the years.
In May, he will be touring Germany and Spain with the CCDC, performing in venues such as the Pina Bausch Zentrum and Teatro Rosalía de Castro in A Coruña. Taking advantage of his stay in Europe, once the tour is over, he will remain in Barcelona for a period of time to share what he has learned in spaces such as the Institute of the Arts Barcelona (IAB) and nunart.
