This workshop invites participants to refine perception, awaken the body, and discover diverse ways of relating to space, others, and our own decisions in movement. Through simple yet profound premises, we will activate an attentive, responsive, and creative bodily state. We will work individually, in pairs, and as a group to expand our capacity to feel, think, and move as part of a collective organism.
The practice proposes exercises in perception, rhythm, coordination, and improvisation that open pathways toward a personal movement language. A space to train presence, inhabit uncertainty, and build embodied poetics that emerge from the encounter between body, mind, and environment.
Ideal for those who wish to deepen their relationship with movement as a tool for expression, listening, and creation.
