Lab 01 – The Architecture of the Body in Motion

Exploring the body as a living architecture: weight, axis, points of support, joints, directions, tensions and imbalances. A laboratory to expand body awareness and discover how the structure of the body generates movement, emotion, voice and presence. Composing with the body to create images, relationships and narratives in space.

→ Full cycle of physical theatre laboratories

A space for practice and experimentation to expand the physical and performance language.

We propose a journey through four laboratories in which we will explore physical theatre from different perspectives, placing the body, movement, voice and emotion at the centre of the practice.

Each laboratory starts from an essential aspect of the performer’s work and opens up a space for research and experimentation. The sessions can be experienced independently, but it is through the shared journey that the different practices connect, transform and gain greater depth.
