Physical Theatre Intensive: Theatrical Movement Improvisation: Presence, Play, and Spontaneity

Activity within the program for the weekend of April 18 and 19 to support nunart, together. The rest of the program here:

A space to explore creativity, listening, and spontaneity in the present moment. The principles of presence, acceptance, trust, and collaborative play will be practiced, honing instincts, strengthening stage presence, transforming mistakes into opportunities, expressing internal states, and creating visual narratives through an embodied practice.

As a complement, elements of physical training inspired by Étienne Decroux are incorporated, where the body is understood as architecture in motion. Through muscle control, dissociation, counterbalance, and rhythmic phrasing, the practice is enriched, expanding physical vocabulary and promoting a poetic and intentional use of the body on stage.
