The intensive offers a physical and sensitive training, where technique and improvisation coexist as complementary paths to deepen movement. The session begins with exercises to awaken body awareness, refine presence, and activate inner listening. Through guided sequences and dynamic explorations, we connect imagination and anatomy, cultivating a body that is available, curious, and receptive.
Coordination, physical efficiency, and clarity of movement will be developed through movement patterns and choreographic phrases that integrate strength, flexibility, and fluidity. Improvisation, present throughout the practice, will allow each participant to find their own way to articulate movement and expand the boundaries of their dance.
The work proposes a journey between centre and expansion, detail and global energy, play and presence, with the aim of developing a body that is both rigorous and sensitive, and a practice that nourishes creativity and the pleasure of moving.
