Sabrina’s class is highly dynamic and draws from her training and experience as a professional dance and physical theatre artist. The class includes exercises that connect breath and body, as well as improvisation tasks that stimulate movement research. These practices offer participants a clear and accessible starting point to better understand their individual body mechanics and the principles of floorwork.
The study of floorwork is enriched through the use of spirals, inspired by the Flying Low technique, which challenge coordination and efficiency when entering and exiting the floor. Capoeira also has a strong influence on the class, as it has inspired Sabrina’s movement practice for more than ten years.

Sabrina is a freelance dance artist who trained in the Jasmin Vardimon JV2 professional programme (2014). Since then, she has worked in the UK and across Europe with companies and choreographers such as PanicLab Dance Theatre, Gregory Maqoma, Tom Dale, Companhia Instável, Beatrice Allegranti, Fuora Dance Project, //Tribe, Becky Namgauds and Jasmin Vardimon, also performing leading roles in Pinocchio and Alice. Her encounter with David Zambrano deeply shaped her artistic research.
She was Course Leader of the JV2 programme (2019–21), in addition to teaching classes and workshops throughout Europe, and has created works for The Point, Pera University and the University of Lincoln. In 2019, she co-founded Elelei Dance Theatre with Rafa Jagat, with whom she has created works such as A Ciegas (award-winning and internationally touring), Soy Madera, Too Much, and collaborations with Akrosphere in Austria.
In 2024, she worked with Gecko Dance Theatre on the research and development process of The Deal, and recently graduated from the “COMMA” Master’s in Choreography at Fontys and Codarts in the Netherlands. At the end of 2025, she joined performances of The Deal in Shenzhen, China.
