Dance Intensive + Creative Capsule
This intensive proposes a shared space for practice and creation. I will share concrete material, and we will also engage in exploratory dynamics and material that emerges from the group, immersing ourselves in a shared theme/concept/idea/sensation/etc. We are not aiming for a fixed “form,” but rather to sustain a living process, allowing the material to appear, transform, and return. Letting ourselves be guided and propose from listening.
There will be time for improvisation, exploration, and physical training. It will be a brief, intense, playful, and present laboratory, with the desire to take risks, dance, and create collectively.
Led by
Triny Reinoso. Dancer, creator-performer, BA in Social Communication, Shiatsu therapist, and photographer. I began exploring movement at a very young age through artistic gymnastics. Later, drawn to creation and communication through the body and movement, I trained in contemporary dance and folkloric roots in Argentina. I am in constant research, weaving together the worlds of dance, the body, movement, pedagogy, creation, and performing arts; exploring the physical and emotional aspects that arise within these relationships.
During 2021–2022 I completed a postgraduate program in Art Therapy “Body and Art” at ALAS, Barcelona. Together with Gisela Creus, I co-coordinate “PROJECTem,” a supported collective creation project at nunArt. I am in continuous training with different teachers of Contemporary Dance, Yoga, and Body-Mind Centering. I regularly take part in improvisation and spontaneous composition gatherings. I share dance as a tool for both self-knowledge and collective social action.
