The training sessions always begin with play, and each class follows the same structure: play, warm-up, physical conditioning, the day’s specific practice, choreography, and finally, group improvisation.
The sessions are designed to offer a balanced space where different aspects of practice come together: listening to the body, physicality, improvisation, research, and choreographic memory. The training aims to develop a body that is available, articulate, flexible, and powerful.
Classes take place in a safe environment for sharing, connecting, and exploring. The intention is to offer a variety of focused practices that allow participants to immerse themselves in the artistic universe and working methodology of Cia. Carla Sisteré as a whole.
