The class offers a space for physical training and research where detail and presence are the starting point. The work focuses on developing a available, powerful and articulated body, capable of sustaining intensity without losing sensitivity or precision.
Through guided improvisations, coordination exercises, and contact and weight-based practices, the physical and expressive limits of movement are explored, always from a place of care and somatic awareness. Gravity, resistance, and tension become allies in deepening the efficiency of gesture and the mechanical organization of the body in motion.
The class combines moments of physical training with others of improvisation and instant composition, seeking to balance control and risk, strength and sensitivity. The work begins with attention to detail, opening the door to richer, more precise and expressive movement—one that expands perception and stage presence.
The ultimate aim is for each participant to find their own territory of research—a place where the body can challenge its limits, reinvent its strategies, and rediscover the pleasure of alive, conscious movement.
