Sensitive Mechanics
Movement practice designed to explore movement, creativity, and coordination.
Attentions
We begin by activating the body’s energy channels. Mobility exercises and guided breathing prepare a state of greater sensitivity and presence.
Decisions
We free movement from the mental structure. We allow different parts of the body to make their own movement decisions, generating genuine and multidimensional dances. We become spectators of the authentic and genuine dances of our body.
Orientations
We work with the floor, spatial directions, and the body’s multidimensionality. We propose specific pathways that challenge us to invert body orientation, cultivate detail, and maintain a high level of presence to anticipate the immediate future.
Coordinations
We integrate complex movements to improve balance, spatial awareness, and the rhythm of the body’s own weight. This work strengthens the ability to coordinate different parts of the body efficiently.
