In the classes, we will explore different tools to stimulate creativity and body awareness with the aim of establishing a closer and more personal connection between the mind, the body, and artistic expression. Improvisation will be used as a canvas from which we will explore concepts that stem from Eloy’s research, shaped by his experience in urban and contemporary dance.
