Trainings with María Arronis

The training sessions are designed as a space to discover movement in a natural, conscious and creative way. Each session begins with a warm-up to awaken the body and prepare it for the practice.

Through games, improvisation exercises, work with music and movement proposals, we explore bounce as a tool to understand weight, let it go and find a body that is more available, relaxed and present within the space.

The work places particular emphasis on awareness of the feet and their relationship with the floor, as well as on the way the gaze relates to the surrounding environment. We explore spiral physicality through grounding and the impulse provided by the floor, generating more organic and dynamic movement.

This work allows us to develop tools for approaching more choreographic material with greater fluidity, speed and precision, while strengthening the connection with our own body, the music and the space we inhabit.
