The training sessions aim to be a space where we can explore the possibility of developing a body that speaks to us of attentiveness, volume, fluidity, and contradiction. The practice investigates different tools that help us find a fluid, available, and present body through physical listening, weight exploration, touch, floor work, and partnering. Through guided improvisations and various floor sequences, we will ultimately define an active body, free of tension.
