At nunart, we want to support process-oriented spaces that don’t necessarily aim to produce finished pieces, products, or materials for specific formats. That’s why the management curates three artistic projects each season, providing tailored support according to their needs throughout the entire period. This means that, besides offering space and time for research, we jointly develop with the artists a program of activities and spaces that, on one hand, suit and assist their artistic research, and on the other, are generative and benefit shared spaces with the community.
The services offered by the program are:
- Financial support as research funding
- 4 weeks of residency in the large space from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Promotion of the residency and work in progress
- Possibility to request mentorship, feedback, or external perspective
- Opportunity to offer morning training sessions for professionals
- Possibility to lead a 3-hour workshop on Saturdays
- Possibility to organize a research laboratory
- Possibility to organize an exhibition, event, or public presentation of the developed materials
- Audiovisual materials (photo and video) of the events
- Opportunity to participate in all activities organized by nunart during the season
